The course explores current evidence, which informs the rationale, theory and practical management approaches.

Educational Aims
Students will gain an in-depth approach to assessment and rehabilitation treatment of patients presenting with spinal disorders of the spine and pelvis, underpinned by contemporary evidence.Learning Outcomes
Demonstrate a critical understanding of theoretical models and evidence base that underpin management and rehabilitation of a range of acute and chronic spinal disorders.
Demonstrate a critical understanding of theoretical models and evidence base that underpin management of a range of acute and chronic spinal disorders.
Apply knowledge of rehabilitation approaches to spinal pain and clinical reasoning skills to modify treatment based on the presenting signs and symptoms.
Develop management plans incorporating existing evidence base for a range of spinal disorders and promote and guide patient self-management.
Manage complex issues arising in patients with spinal pain including co-morbidities and the assessment and management of potential spinal red flags.
Practice by demonstrating advancing knowledge and understanding of spinal pain disorders and developing new practical skills to a high level.
