This course considers:
a) An introduction to the anatomy and physiology of the main body systems.
b) An introduction to genetics and epigenetics.

Educational Aims
To introduce the student midwife to the main body systems and to develop understanding of anatomy and physiology.Learning Outcomes

Describe the human anatomy and physiological processes occurring in all of the main body systems.

Develop and consolidate knowledge of normal anatomy and physiology as a foundation for application to clinical practice.
