Summary
This module is divided into two parts. The first part, taught in Semester 1, considers the legal order of the European Union (EU), its institutions and enforcement of EU law. In the second part, in Semester 2, two core areas of the EU single market are examined: free movement of goods and free movement of persons. In both parts the essential law regarding Brexit is included.
Target Students
Only available to UG Year 2 or Final Year students in the School of Law and exchange students hosted by the School of Law.
Classes
This module is taught through a combination of lectures and tutorials.
Assessment
- 100% Exam (3-hour): Electronic examination.
