Summary
This module will enable students to become confident in devising and presenting their own material online through, for example, hypertext, audio and visual means. They will learn through an exploration of examples of published work and their own refinement of practice. Topics covered will include the creation and effect of multimedia writing contexts, and the techniques of multi-layered online publication. Students will be encouraged to develop both a critical and practical understanding of their own output. The pod will provide prompts, directions and advice to generate new work in digital fiction. Students will also be given the opportunity to reflect on and strengthen their own craft and voice as digital writers, and to develop their feedback and revision process.
