Summary
This pod focuses on Second Language Acquisition (SLA), a broad sub-field within applied linguistics that examines the ways in which second languages are learned. The pod offers students the opportunity to explore a number of key aspects of this multifaceted phenomenon and introduces them to the main terms and theories that have been proposed to describe and understand the process of developing second language (L2) knowledge and skills.
