Summary

The module content is designed to develop participants' mentoring practice in support of teachers and to support their own professional and academic development as mentors. This is achieved through a series of taught sessions that are closely linked to participants' day to day practice as mentors, and which provide support to develop theoretically underpinned rationales for mentoring activity. In this way, participants will develop their practical skills in mentoring teachers and develop a theory of action for their mentoring practice.

Target Students
