Summary
Intermediate microeconomics including general equilibrium analysis, welfare economics, elementary game theory, and strategic behaviour of firms.
Target Students
Available to Year 2 Undergraduate students on specific Economics degree programmes, including Year 2 BSc Jt Hons Maths and Economics students. Available to Economics Exchange students. This module cannot be taken with ECON2017 Principles of Microeconomics.

Educational Aims
The specific aims of the module are as follows:To build upon the microeconomics you encountered in year 1. The module will contribute to core knowledge and skills employed during year 3.To develop analytical skills by employing standard diagrammatic analysis and reference to the underlying mathematical techniques.The module aims to enable the participants to develop skills in reflection of understanding of material through tutorial questions and engagement in discussions during tutorials.Learning Outcomes
