The module covers the traditional content of a Corporate Finance course: Investment, Capital structure, and Dividend Decisions from a Shareholder Value Perspective; Capital Market Behaviour (background); Mergers; Real Options.

Only available for MSc Finance & Investment students and MSc Exchange students.
