Summary
This module provides participants with a theoretical and applied overview of strategic management in today's operational environment. It introduces and analyses the key concepts, frameworks and techniques of strategic management, which allow them to diagnose complex situations related to real-world business development.
Target Students
Available to Part I or Part II Business School Undergraduate students. This module cannot be taken with BUSI3186. Also available to UG Exchange students.
Classes
- One 1-hour seminar
- One 1-hour lecture each week for 11 weeks
Asynchronous recorded lectures on Moodle: 10 x 0.8 hour = 8 hours.
Assessment
- 100% Exam (2-hour): In person exam
