Summary

The content of the module focuses on career management skills and the knowledge required to succeed within the global job market. Learners will have the opportunity to evaluate their own skills, interests, experience and goals in order to identify suitable opportunities. Training will be given in the core competencies and techniques needed to make applications that will have a positive impact on employers. The module focuses on acquiring work-based competencies, opportunity awareness and decision-making for future careers.
