Methods for wildlife conservation and sustainable management of wildlife resources will be introduced. You will develop skills in identification and an understanding of commonly used methods used to classify and monitor species and habitats. Using examples of UK national nature reserves (NNR) and sites of special scientific interest (SSSI) we will examine issues relating to the protection of management of these sites.
